Received product broken twice.

Product on picture looked really nice. But when I received it twice it was broken. Both times there was no FRAGILE labels written on box. It looked like it would have been a nice piece to add to my collection. So I am trying to find it somewhere else. Could not returned it to Amazon a second time, but they did give me a refund which I will use to find another one. Customer Service was excellent in helping to resolve this problem.
