The Chickpeas give a definite nutty flavour to the Miso paste and the underlying sweetness is subtle. Our unpasteurised Chickpea Miso, fermented for at least four months, is rich in enzymes and probiotics. Enjoy the unique sweet and aromatic flavour. Our miso paste is hand-made with love in small batches.

I haven't really had miso since I lived in Japan more than 20 years ago, but I suddenly had a hankering, perhaps because I had to take antibiotics twice in one month. This is fantastic miso, packed with probiotics and authentic delicious taste. I'm having miso soup every day now and loving it. I have tried other company's miso but none other had me inspired like this. It is expensive cause it goes fast but what would be the point of getting something cheaper and losing the taste and quality and authenticity. Making good miso is an art and this company has done a fantastic job!!!
