I've used them most days, multiple times a day since and they've held up great. They're my go to straps for the majority of the securement I need. Strapping straight over freight is mainly what I use them for. But if I have to pull at an angle, I don't like them. Because of their design, a lot of stress is wedged up into the steel corners of the flat hooks where the straps attach. J straps are much better at distributing the stresses of angled pressure, so I use J hooks for those cases.
