I gave this a 5 star rating due to what its intended for, a regular bicycle. With that being said if you're getting this to use with a bike with a gas engine on it i would look for something a little sturdier and heavier built. I used this to adjust the carburetor on my bike engine while running it with the back wheel off the ground, it worked but was wobbly. Otherwise good product for it's intended use.

It has excellent durabilitybut The connection part is a little thick.

Although this bike stand is not very heavy, it seems stable when set up properly. It has a decent amount of adjustment to be able to work on a wide variety of bikes.

This product could work as an easy, lightweight way to raise your back wheels. However, the description needs more detail to let consumers know that there isn't much room to adjust for width so you have to know precisely where on your frame the device can span five inches. In my case the frame had that width only in a position which did not clear the pedals, so I had to return it. Since it is very lightweight you'd also have to account for steadying the front wheels so there's no risk of tipping over.

Bike is a size large DJ bikes mid drive emtb with knobby 26” x 4” tires and is about 65-70lbs. Bike wobbles a little bit but not enough to be concerned. The handlebars can swing either way and it doesn’t fall over, I had trouble with my block of wood when the handle bars would suddenly swing one way, not an issue now. Rear tire has two inches clearance from the floor with the way I set it up, I could probably adjust that depending on how far apart the legs are spread. I can peddle by hand aggressively or throttle and it doesn’t fall over. I leaned on it with all my weight and it was fine, though I know it will not hold sitting on it. I think the structural integrity relies heavily on how you set it up, the more the legs are spread, the less weight it will hold. Also how close the stand is to the center of gravity of the bike will affect how sturdy it is. And the rubber o rings that strap it down keep it from tipping sideways, so use them. I also purposefully bent the width of bars to fit perfectly on my frame, so don’t worry too much about the width. Most importantly, You will need to be able to work on your bike on the ground, so you will be sitting or crouching or kneeling. You will also need to be able to lift the rear of your bike about 18” while stabilizing it and taking care to miss the chain as you rest it down. I can see how some might have trouble doing this with a 70lb ebike. But it is fine for me, an analog bike would be no problem. The base should really be squared off not rounded and a little thicker heavier bar would be nice, but it definitely works as is. It’s really small and light when folded which is nice too. I honestly can’t believe I was trying to justify spending $220 on a stand. My only downsides are the learning curve to fit it to your bike, the physical ability you need to get your bike on it, and being low to the ground. All of which are not a problem for me, just something to be aware of.

I always wanted one of these so I finally did it and bought one for the bike that I'm riding which is an electric I get tired of when I get a flat a flipping the bike over and taking off the wheel to fix the problem so I figured I'd get one of these so I could just boost it up pull the tire off and fix it and put it back on but after looking at it I realized I wouldn't be able to do that so thinking about storing I couldn't lift the bike to get it to fit on the rack chain got in the way the bike is really heavy so everything I wanted to use this for getting quite work out so I guess I could use it on a bike without a motor on it and see what happens but it's nicely constructed it seems heavy duty.
