Does this come with the rear rack or just the bag?

Is this a sturdy bag or does it collapse and lean over?

It is a collapsible bag...I have it on the front rack of my ebike, but that is what I bought it for ( to hold my chain locks, tools, and air pump) From what I've noticed it is good quality and water resistant (I say water resistant because I haven't submerged it) I have a net covering and holding it in place just to be sure, but I would certainly buy this again

will the 10l bag fit a 7.5 inch wide fat tire rack

Don't know but......... According to the website the 10L is 7.5 inches wide. Seems like it would fit.

velcro straps not tight? any recommendations for better stability? gaps in the rack not working.

im not sure how to help you. I some how got it to clear the fender and rack to get up to attach if you have a fender you might have to undo the rack to get the clearance to attach the velcro and remount the rack. the velcro is long enough and strong enough to hold once it is tight.
