My son loved this book when he was little so I bought it for him to read with a new baby on the way!

Bought as a gift for my niece. I read Mog and me as a child, and my niece loved it!

This little board book follows a day in the life of a young child as he and his cat each do various tasks in their own way--stretching, washing, eating, and at the end, sleeping--it's a perfect bedtime book.It's short enough to not overtax a toddler's attention span, and the comparisons between the ways children and cats do things will make it enjoyable even for slightly older children.

Mog the Forgetful Cat is one of my toddler's favourite books, and we have a cat who he loves, so this was a great addition to our bookshelf. The 'story' is very simple and it goes through the boy's day with Mog (brushing teeth, getting dressed, playing, eating etc) - definitely good for younger toddlers and babies. It's made a big impression on my almost 2 year old, who talks about it a lot.

Both my children ( now aged 36 and 30) had Mog books And now I am buying for the next generation - these books are wonderful fir small children - especially those who have pets

... wie wir sie leider nicht haben, denn unsere Katze läuft stets weg, wenn unser Kleinkind sie anfassen möchte. Das Buch hat sehr hübsche Zeichnungen; den sparsamen Text muss man wohl durch eine reichhaltigere Erzählung ergänzen, denn die im Buch erzählte gibt nicht allzu viel her.
