I love this Tigernut flour brand. The texture and the taste is great for all my baking needs. It is a bit pricey, but the quality is worth it.

Because I have an autoimmune condition I've had to go on a fairly restrictive Paleo gluten and grain-free diet. No rice, barley, corn, wheat etc. No nuts either so nut flours are out. Despite good results from the diet, I mourned the taste and flexibility of wheat in my baking and cooking and have subsequently been trying different flours like green banana, cassava, and coconut with various degrees of success. Then I tried this and it's brilliant, I love it. It's flavourful, slightly naturally sweet with a nutty texture. I fried some fish and coated it with the Tigernut flour and everyone asked what I did differently and loved it. It also works well in earthy cakes like banana bread and is easily combined with cassava, arrowroot and other flours. Makes a good wheat-free bread too, and tastes better than rice based bread IMO. Strp'd brand in particular is very flavourful and consistent in quality. It's been an unexpected bonus to discover this. Even if I wasn't on a special diet it would be a staple in my kitchen.

I had read a lot about Tiger Nut Flour and it’s benefits and was so glad to come across this brand. It came perfectly packed and sealed. The flour is just so delicious - it has a sweet nutty buttery taste with a lovely fine texture. The pancakes we made using this flour has to be by far the best tasting pancakes we’ve had. The texture, taste and fluffiness was just perfect. Because of its naturally sweet taste, you don’t need to add any additional sugar! They are delicious in smoothies too. Excited to use this flour to bake cookies, and other yummy guilt-free snacks! Highly recommend.

I love this. I cld lick it all up. It tastes heavenly. I used it to do some aya cakes, wasn't sure what I was doing but it came out good. I think I will sprinkle it into my porridge and cornflakes. It's so smooth.

This has become my go-to for quick, easy baked desserts - the texture is moist, the flavour has a natural sweetness meaning I need to add less additional sweetener and the calories are much less compared to other healthy flours like almond and coconut. I particularly love using this flour to make healthy lunchbox snacks for my kids. Because of the no nut policy in most schools, tigernut has been particularly helpful and become my go-to. Would highly recommend to all, especially those looking to add clean and healthy treats for their little ones lunchboxes.

Impressed with my first two packets I promptly ordered a third one. Unfortunately this pack had the elsewhere documented contamination which looks like spider webbing or thread as another review pointed out. I wasn’t happy as my baking plans were now scuppered! I reported this to customer care who of course refunded the cost. I hope this was a bad batch and won’t happen again.

Le souchet est un tubercule, j'utilise sa farine pour faire mes pâtisseries car il est sans gluten. En l'associant à d'autres types de farines (riz, châtaigne, maïs...), le résultat est délicieux. Attention, c'est assez dense et nourrissant. Parfait pour faire des petits biscuits (par exemple avec des noisettes et des pépites de chocolat), à déguster avec une boisson chaude. C'est tellement bon et addictif. J'ai trouvé sur internet d'autres recettes avec cette farine, dont une pour faire un fond de tarte, je vais l'essayer pour faire une quiche. Le produit de cette marque est de très bonne qualité et un peu moins cher qu'en magasin bio. C'est une belle découverte. Emballage soigné, livraison rapide. Achat impeccable.

Questa farina è ottima per preparare dolci sani. Io la uso per fare i muffin con mela o banana e un cucchiaio di sciroppo di agave. Saporita e leggera, veramente perfetta.

Ce produit est adapté au protocole auto-immun (AIP) et il est naturel. Vraiment top, et surtout 100 % naturel. Je recommande !
