If you are an "Achayan" craving for those good old delicacies made by women in Syrian Christian households in Kottayam and Thiruvalla, look no further my friend!. This book is perfect.Every single dish you grew up eating is inside this book, very well organized. My wife and I made Kaachu moru together and it tasted good.
