Very sharp, as far as I can tell. I actually cut my foot when it slipped out of the plastic packaging. Nothing too seriously bad, just a cut. Put a bandaid on it. But Ill detail the review when I actually use it.

If you're a gourmet chef looking for an amazing knife set, this probably isn't what you're after, but it's a terrific set for somebody like me who's still trying to develop cooking skills. My sister is a tremendous cook and probably a professional-level baker, and she's really particular about her kitchen equipment, but I'm kind of hopeless in the kitchen and just trying to learn how to make simple stuff. It's about at the place where I know enough to be dangerous, or at least to realize that part of my problem with cooking is my mostly sub-par equipment. Over the years I've collected an assortment of really junky knives, and mostly they're the same type of knives, so I'll really NEED a bread knife but all I actually own is chef knives and paring knives. :D I've been slowly adding nice stuff and more complete sets to my kitchen, so I ordered these to give myself a really full set. I really like them so far; I find the grips really comfortable, and while normally I wouldn't like my stuff in a rainbow of colors like this, I keep these in a drawer and I like that I can really quickly identify the knife I need in my clutter just by the color of it.I don't get a lot of use out of the pizza knife for actual pizza, but I actually like it a lot for stuff like cutting up lasagna in the pan. The other stuff I've found pretty useful so far, and it's nice to finally have a bread knife. :D The peeler is a nice bonus, too; I already have one but it's nice to have a spare. So far everything's been really good quality; I've broken a really nice ceramic knife once and I still feel sad about it so I'm a lot more careful now, but these seem pretty sturdy.Overall I'd say this is probably a great set like for somebody getting their own apartment for the first time, or someone just learning to cook who doesn't have specific preferences yet. I'm really happy with mine; if I have problems with it down the road, I'll come back and update this review.I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

I gave this product four stars only because it is not an extremely high quality product. However, it is absolutely perfect for my purpose. I purchased these for my daughter who now has her own house. This daughter is very responsible but is not great at taking care of things such as knives. I personally have an extremely expensive set of knives that I love but I would never purchase ones of that quality while she is just starting out on her own. These are perfect for her and I'm quite certain that they will last quite a while, providing she isn't too rough with them.Even though I purchased this set at a discounted price for my honest review, I would certainly purchase them at the full price after seeing how nice they are after all. The knives are okay, but they could use better blade protectors than what they come with.

I want these to be on display and not in a drawer, and I'm trying to figure out the best way to display them (maybe a magnetic knife strip), but that means I'll need to buy something else.I don't think I'll ever need a pizza knife. I'm very happy with the product.This knife set is lightweight, very sharp and aslo dishwasher safe for quick cleanup.　I love the collection of colours as well. I would recommend these to anyone.BTW, is also fast delivered too.
