Review: Slightly disappointed - So I ordered these to be used in our preparation room to both clean and disinfect our toilet, but to also help take care of a funky moldy water smell. Also I wanted blue water. However this thing took FOREVER to turn the water blue. It's helped with the smell, and does a better job of keeping our toilet cleaner than before, but the delayed blue water situation was a bit disappointing. However I'll take the extra cleanliness over blue water any day!

**Q: Can you use a bowl cleaner containing bleach with these?**
A: I would not mix the two personally.  In between when the pod runs out, I do clean my bowl with a bleach based cleaner. I find this to be safe.

**Q: is this safe for septic?**
A: If I recall correctly, the ad claims the product is septic safe, but since mine didn't work, I wouldn waste the money.  Try another brand and read the whole advertisement before ordering.

**Q: Why is toilet bowl getting moldy way faster when I use these?!**
A: I used it on 3 toilets and 1 of them got extremely dirty where the water sits

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tricks of a clean toilet

First, I want to say you do not need to use the whole cube. I actually take a knife and cut mine into four. Yes, it states they last a month but it actually goes by how often you're flushing your toilet. For those who want to sustain on getting charged for how many times you're flushing your toilet. And yes, in a lot of areas they know how many times you flush your toilet because of the water that is being used, especially those of us who pay a sewer utility. Our sewer bill fluctuates and we have learned that if it's yellow let it mellow if it's brown flush it down. This might sound gross but it helps on saving water number one and number two on the amount of these cubes you're going to go through. For those who don't want to follow this method to conserve on water usage because maybe you live on a well system, these little blue things will definitely help. They keep down the mildew that grows underneath your rim. I have noticed that I barely get any kind of mildew growing up under there and I clean my toilet once to twice a week just depending on if anybody has had stomach issues if you catch my drift. It will still give your toilet the same clean if you cut these into four but you need to cut from the top so that way each piece has the dark and the light attached to it. It will last you a few days. So instead of the one cube lasting a week. You are now lasting 4 months off one package. The smell is not strong at all. For those of you like myself who have severe allergies to smells and break out and rashes, I have had no issues with this smell at all. The one thing I do recommend is not to toss in the plastic that surrounds it. I find it does not dissolve and it sticks to the bottom of the toilet tank. I unwrap it use a pair of gloves and cut it into four pieces and then put it in a Ziploc baggie and then just use a piece of toilet paper. When I go to take one out and put it the cube only, not the toilet paper and drop it into the toilet tank. I hope this helps with cutting costs as that seems to be one of the complaints about them not lasting long. Hope this suggestion helps with the cost as I am on a very strict budget.
