I have been using this product for a month so far. Since I have WFH and do casual gaming, it consumes a good chunk of my day sitting on the chair. Purchasing this product was worth the money. The seating is comfortable and you can even sleep or take short naps on it as it's quite sturdy even if you tilt the seat up to 180 degrees. The chair is ergonomic and the components seem sturdy and solid so far, the cushion provided both for the back and headrest provides an ample amount of support. It's been a good journey so far using this chair

Excellent gaming chair. I can comfortably enjoy long gaming sessions compared to using my regular chair at home. It has plenty of adjustments to make it suit your preferences. Whether you're taller or shorter, there are enough settings to accommodate most people. The overall build quality is excellent, although the armrests have a bit of play. I didn't expect this at this price point. The mobility is excellent as well. It's a heavy chair, but you can easily roll it around wherever you want and relax or enjoy your gaming sessions. My main gripe is that the armrests are not perfectly symmetrical. In particular, the left armrest seems slightly offset. You'll only notice it if you look closely, but it may affect your comfort depending on your sensitivity to such things. The chair feels rock solid and hasn't lost its appeal over time. I hope it stays that way for many years to come. Overall, if you're looking for a comfortable long-term gaming and office chair, this is an excellent choice.

After a lot of research I decided to buy this chair. I ordered the SLATE color. Right from the time the order was placed to shipment and delivery I was kept updated regarding the status by a rep from the Green Soul team. The support is extraordinary. About the chair: What I loved: 1) The chair looks exactly like the image . The fabric color, design and stitching is top notch. It is definitely a conversation starter 2) Reasonably wide seat and is very comfortable even for long hours 3) The recliner is pretty good 4) Very useful armrest adjusting options 5) The chair seems to be well balanced and sturdy What could have been better: 1) The armrest is a bit wobbly, nothing major, but I feel it could have been stable 2) The lumbar does not have a strap Overall its a wonderful product worth every rupee. I highly recommend this chair if you are on the lookout for a nice fabric chair.

I bought this chair after doing hours of research on the other products available in the Market. My friends had previously purchased a different model from the same brand. I was skeptical at first as this was a new model and had very less reviews. So I am writing this after using the chair for a Month: - Assembling the chair was super easy - The first week you will have slight back pain as the chair needs to adjust to you - Post that, it just feels really good and gives your back the support it needs cause of the chair's ergonomic structure - Even though this model is a bit expensive then the other models, the seating on this is an absolute heaven. - Lastly the customer experience, Arpita makes sure to take feedback and gives you the best solution - They hand hold you so that you can get yourself the warranty on the chair. Kudos to Arpita and team. I am gamer/IT guy and spend at least 10-14 Hours in front of a PC everyday. This is the Best chair upgrade I have made this year! Thank you Green Soul and Arpita! Definitely recommend this chair to everyone.

If you are a well built dude, forget this chair. I fell for the marketing nonesense. Primary issue being the base(part you actually sit on) is very small. Padding on top of the side support beams is too less making it extremely uncomfortable to use for longer hours. 10 days in, I am having thigh pain due to this. Also the chair started creaking, yes just 7 days in. Contacted green soul support, to their benefit, they are sending over a replacement part to get it fixed. Which is cool and all but still does not solve the comfort issue. I asked them if a refund and return be possible. They asked me to contact amazon since this is where I bought it from. Let me tell you, stay away from amazon at all costs, the company has gone to the drain, especially their support staff. They on multiple ocations, dropped chats, disconnected calls without giving me any resolution. If you wanna still get this chair, get it from their website not amazon. The product still gets a 1 star since no efforts were made to atleast address my issues. Not an experience I want after paying 19k

I loved the assembly part most. I spent literally half an hour to assemble whole chair and it was fun. It is comfortable chair and i felt it is worthy. ☺️☺️ There was one problem i faced, seat length... I felt it is short from front side because i can't even fold my leg and sit on chair like i sit on flat floor and it was because of coutions they provided. Without them i felt more comfortable. So, usually I don't use it. If there would be size options in this perticular chair... That would be great.

A special mention goes to Sakshi from Greensoul, who reached out and has provided consistent, never-ending support throughout the process of getting my issue addressed. Her follow-up and dedication to resolving the problem have been truly appreciated. While the customer service has been a standout, I urge Greensoul to streamline their quality control and initial processes. As customers, we appreciate the help, but we’d prefer not to encounter these issues in the first place. I hope to see my specific case fully resolved at the earliest. At the same time I would like to reiterate that this chair design is a flaw and I recommend Greensoul to enhance that for better comfort. ——————————————- I am writing this after using the chair for 3 months, with complete disappointment regarding my Green Soul Vision Gaming Chair. As a customer, I expected a product that lasts and a brand that stands by its warranty. Instead, I’ve dealt with nothing but structural failures and a lethargic, dismissive support team. The Product Issues: This a total failure from its deign itself where the iron frame of the seat base can be easily felt on ur butt, on a shorter run you will stat having back pain followed by sciatica. The base and the gas lift have both failed, rendering a "premium" gaming chair practically useless. For a chair marketed on durability and ergonomics, having the core structural components give out is unacceptable. The Service Nightmare: The response from Green Soul has been indifferent and slow. Despite the product being under warranty, there has been a shocking lack of accountability. • Lethargic Communication: Responses are delayed and feel designed to exhaust the customer rather than solve the problem. • Warranty Shifting: I’ve had to be incredibly firm to ensure they honor their obligation to provide a technician and replacement parts without illegal out-of-pocket charges. Green Soul clearly fails to respect its customers once the payment is processed.
