No plate is damaged just one plate has very minor dent but no cut just small bend. Outstanding product for beginners. If any improvement was possible then it is the quality of the hand gloves but actually we don't need to use it as we are not lifting to heavy and In this price the product is totally Worth It and Value for Money.
