It mixes well, taste good and I can actually feel the difference in recovery time when when I have it Pre-Workout. It may be more expensive than some but totally worth it. I have tried other protein powders in the past, but this is my hands down favorite.

I’m writing this review because this protein powder is honestly very good. I use the Gourmet Vanilla flavor in my cold brew every morning and it mixes great and tastes smooth without being overly sweet. It gives me a good amount of protein without adding a ton of calories. One thing I noticed people complaining about is that the container looks half full when you open it. That’s normal because the powder settles. The tub is filled by weight, not by volume, and the amount you get is correct. Don’t let that scare you off, the product itself is excellent.

This is good protein. I've been using Dymatize ISO 100 for years, but when the really tasty flavors went up in price, I started using "Gourmet Vanilla." As someone who's been using "Fruity Pebbles" and "Cookies & Cream" for the past decade, I expected this to taste as bad as every other vanilla I've had to suffer through. It wasn't. It's actually pretty good, and probably the best vanilla protein I've had. If it isn't, I'd be willing to bet that whatever tastes better doesn't have the same calorie count.

Protein with excellent muscle mass building properties, easy to swallow, doesn't leave lumps, I recommend it one hundred percent.
