I'm still not sure this brand is truly high quality, but I've read how your body needs vitamin K to properly metabolize vitamin D. I'm vitamin D deficient and have been supplementing with large doses, so I've started taking this K intermittently to help my body absorb the D. I've also started fermented Cod liver oil with butter oil, which also has D and K, so hopefully together this will do some good :) I like that this is organic and, while it is made from soy, it's fermented soy, which is supposed to be ok for thyroid health. I've read that it's hard to overdose on K and that most people are deficient (like vitamin D), so I take this on top of my multi two to three times a week. MK7 (the K found in this supplement) is a form of K2 that supposedly has a longer half-life and is more likely to build up in your system. I usually stick to New Chapter and Vitamin Code vitamins, but they do not have vitamin K isolated, so this is the best option I could find and, in general, am happy with the product.

So nice to find natural organic versions of vitamins not conceived in a lab!!! This has become our go-to K2.

It goes down easy and doesn't taste too bad, it works good enough for me, I'd recommend it. It's a solid enough supplement.

I suffer from vitamin D deficiency and resulting low bone density. It wasn't the best diagnosis given that I was only in my 20's at the time. I had massive vitamin D injections and saw a mild improvement in my bone density, but when I started taking this supporting vitamin K things really started to improve. I've not stopped taking it since, I can't think how many pots of the stuff I've had. Together with the vitamin D and a weight lifting program to encourage my body to lay down more bone I now have a normal bone density. The quality is consistent and the capsules do not irritate my gut (I also have colitis) which is a bonus as many veggie capsules do.

I did not hesitate to give this product a 5 star rating because of the fact that it contains many fermented vegetables, and also is from certified organic Natto. K2 is vital for shuffling calcium from areas where it should not be, i.e.the brain, and putting it where it should, in the bones, Also the price is reasonable, and it means that if you do not eat red meat then this is for you, The amount of fermented vegetables is astounding, I have no problems with stiffness in my joints, and it is good to know that every day I am adding to the strength of my bones with this product. I highly recommend it to every one because we all need it.

this is a vitamin to take along with vitamin D3 for inflamation . ive been taking these both togeather every day with my breakfast . there really good for inflamation .

Wonderful product!! I was a little nervous to use it at first as I'm intolerant to soy, but it seems that in small doses (and in this form) I'm okay! I took these supplements after developing toothache, and after a week or so the pain had gone and my tooth now appears much healthier than it was! I really didn't think it would work this well!

Like this brand of vitamins as they are some of the best quality available; it's because of this that I'm so disappointed that they have Carrageenan in the capsule ingredients. So unnecessary considering there are alternatives available. I won't buy again until they remove this I will find another brand.
