Tastes bad and causes cramping
I bought this to help with kidney stones. I mixed the 2oz with a sugar free electrolyte drink and the horrible taste still came through strong. Hard to describe the taste, old and musky..? Anyway, I drank it anyway bc my kidney stone issue is intense and I wanted to test what I read about aloe very and stones. But then after the second dose of taking it (right before bed) I woke up the next morning with intermittent, intestinal cramping that was intense with diarrhea. It went on the entire day and now the next morning I am still is uncomfortable. Definitely do not recommend. Be careful with aloe Vera. With a google search I realized this is a thing. Tossing it out and not buying again.
