Make super garlic bread . It’s easy to use . So if you’re not into chopping fresh but love garlic this is for you.

I was employed on a school bus with frequent sick kids sneezing and spraying. You know what little walking Petri dishes of germs school kids are. In order to combat frequent colds and upper respiratory infections, I made a garlic tea of this product. It helped keep me working. It is also delicious to add to food, and has an intense aroma of freshness. Viva la garlic!!!

I love the product however it leaked in the package and so I was disappointed.

It is the only consistant high-grade garlic sold. Anything else is school cafeteria crap.

I ran 20 restaurants in 25 years, and taste something very nasty in this product. First of all it leaked into the packaging, which means there was food product on the jar. Second, I tasted a nasty SOY in the product. And I never tasted any olive oil. Due to the exterior smell, this product should not be allowed to be sold. Never in 25 years in the restaurant business did I ever receive a jar that smelled like the product before opening. Now my mail box smells like garlic.

It is coarser than I expected and I did not have my old container at hand when I ordered so was disappointed when the small jar arrived. Taste was fine.

Very nice, almost paste-like consistency, that blends in much better than others that are little tiny pieces that you end up biting into. Wonderful, fresh-tasting flavor.
