Do the clippers vibrate?

No, they do not vibrate. The button makes a clicking sound when manually pushed up but the clippers don't really move. The trimmer that looks like you squeeze the handles also makes a clicking noise and those do move a little. The set is priced right at about $10. It is not high quality but still worth the money for a boyish hair trimming set, unless your kids are really hard on toys. There is great variety in what is included which is nice.

Does the hairdryer make noice?

It does. It's not battery powered but when you push the button a little plastic wheel inside spins and makes a subtle sound. Not very high tech but my boys were happy with it :)

The toys are fine for pretend play. However they are not high quality. They will be better suited for 3-6 year olds because the comb can scratch. The scissors are not sharp by any stretch but they can squeeze a finger. So you will want your child to have some sense of safe play. So for simple pretend play, yes they are ok. But if you’re expecting quality keep looking.

Great

Pretty cheaply made, but doesn’t change the fact that my son LOVES it ! My son was scared of getting his hair cut so we got him this so he could do some play with these at home and maybe be okay with haircuts. Everything worked just fine!

So much fun!

I got this for my nephew and he loved it! He gave his parents several hair cuts! The items are not super durable but he is 3 so it works fine for him. I was hoping the hair dryer worked better. It basically makes noise but does not blow air. Like I said, he enjoys it but he is only 3!

It's nice, just wish it was a bit more sturdy.

My son loved it, but some of the toys feel a bit cheap. Like one or two are made out of cardboard. Idk why they don't just make it plastic. Other than that cute. Plus it helps them get over the fear of haircuts :)
