The packaging was torn, had clearly been used and retaped back up and no surprises it then didn't work at all, had a very upset child. Sent it back full refund and thought I'd try again (had no choice as child loved it). Luckily second one came in a new box with no damage and the item worked first time and is really lovely and she loves it. Just wish they hadn't shipped a used one out the first time in such a battered box that didn't work.
