A Court of Wings and Ruin is an exciting addition to the A Court of Thorns and Roses series. The story delivers plenty of action, romance, suspense, and emotional moments that keep you turning the pages. I really enjoyed how the characters continue to develop while the larger storyline becomes even more intense. Sarah J. Maas does a great job building the world and creating characters you actually care about. If you’ve enjoyed the first two books, this is definitely a book you’ll want to read. The combination of fantasy, adventure, and romance makes it an entertaining and immersive read. Highly recommended for fans of the series!

No spoilers here. Okay. I can't even. This book is so good! How do I move on from this? How do I read anything else? What is literature? Okay. Trying to get a grip on my emotions, now. Find me on instagram for queries or discussions. The story picks up a few weeks after acomaf and Fayre literally kicks ass. Rhysand is wonderful as ever and Sarah J Maas manages so many different storylines and gives depth to various individual characters all the while introducing more! She is the real queen. All hail! No but really... She manages to make me fall more in love with Rhysand (I didn't think that such a feat was even possible) and serves me so many other lovable alternatives (which I absolutely will not consider at all as my dream of Rhysand is alive) like Tarquin, Azriel, Cassian, and Helion and on and on. Ehem. I did not have a single speck of doubt that this story would be amazing. And boy did it not disappointment. Congratulations to Sarah on her first ever finale (of sorts) and I hope the next book will be about Azriel. Please! I'm desperate, here. That's all I'll say about the book and it's writing. I know I'm not making much sense and at this point I don't even care much about such a thing but here are all the things that I loved about the book: The court details. And oh so many details! I loved how the courts seemed in my mind and boy if I don't need one of you smart sketches out there to make fan art. Nesta. Bad ass mother bitch with so much sass that not even Celaena (from Throne of glass) would stand a chance in front of her. Cassian. I'm in love. Need I say more? Love love love love love. A certain character who successfully overcomes a set of stigmas placed along them due to their actions in the past. Ehem. The suriel. Don't even get me started or I'll drop spoilers. All the monsters. Including Amren. I'm so excited for Amren. The other months were given character and boy what a character they had. A certain human who was in captivity for 500 years. Who would have guessed? Mor's story. I don't care if half the fandom disagrees. That part made me tear up. I do wish she would tell Az but I completely understand why she thinks she can't. Feyre and Rhysand's relationship. I cannot stress this enough. I love how supportive they are of each other. I love how none of them think that they are more important than the other and how they allow each other to make their own choices. I can't even. Rhysand, where you at? I need you in my life. The diverse characters. What a breath of fresh air, that was. To discover that so many LGBTQ characters also exist in this universe. Showcasing love and acceptance and yet not ignoring the stigma. Well done, Sarah. Now moving on to what I didn't like about this book: I needed more from Cassian and Nesta. I will not elaborate on that but you all need to know that there is a special target edition will a Cassian and Nesta excerpt out there where stuff happens! You need to read it before ACOWAR for sure. Elain and Lucian. What is happening there? It was all so unsatisfactory. Although I hope that the topic will be dwelled upon in further books. Foreshadowing. Something that happens in the end was being foreshadowed in the entire book and that kind of took away the shock of the moment. It still was a fairly dreadful feeling but I do hope that there was less foreshadowing. It ended. Yes, people. This book does comes to an end. And only you can prepare yourself for it. I wasn't prepared and so I'm going to go ahead and read it all over again. That is not to say that the end wasn't satisfactory in the least bit. Just that when is the movie / TV show adaption coming? I can't stand it. I need more. 💚 And to wait another year for the next installment which is not likely to contain Rhys and his awesomeness... The mere thought sends shudders down my spine.

ACOWAR was an amazing read, did not dissapoint. Left of after the events of ACOMAF .. Spoilers below! the love between rhysand and feyre continues on catching my breath at every page.. i wish there was more on Tamlin and what he was thinking, his emoticons.. though i do understand the suspense and silence is needed for the curve ball at the end, but even so no conversation whatsoever between him and Feyre in the end? She did love the Guy for a whole book, i expected more in this department. Another point, am I the only one that hates Nesta? She is a bitch the entire 3 books to Feyre, who basically did everything for those stupid sisters to survive in the entire thing (hunted food for them, got blamed for anything wrong that happened tô them..) One last thing about the book that i thought could have been different, MAJOR SPOILER, no main character dies in the end? I mean, It was all happyly every after which seemed much easier to obtain compared to ACOTAR in which we saw a lot more suffering and development of the "battle" under the mountain. I mean, yes we were ALL begging for rhysand to come back to life, and we KNEW he would, It was not a surprise. And EVEN AMREN comes back to life? Oh that was too easy! I Felt like the book needed some more DRAMA and saddess at the end, killing at least one of them (Cassian, azriel, mor, Amren..) not that my heart would Bear this, but It would make the story more real, tangible and heartfelt..

Sarah J. Maas delivered again. Great finale for the this arc of ACOTAR. Can't hardly wait for the next book! Yes, already! Lol!!! I'm sick and when I'm in pain I can't focus. I only was able to read or listen to Harry Potter lately. Tried many books, good books. Couldn't finished. Devoured ACOWAR. And I'm so grateful for that alone. A Bit of SPOILERS below... . . . . . Feyre was fantastic in this book. In fact, all the characters were great. My babys Rhys, Azriel, Cassian and Lucien (heir to another court, that's a good one!). Jurian and Tamlin (OMG to both!!!!)... Nesta - what a great character! And the Suriel. Really liked him. Fantastic to the end! So many things I have to mention... I read the ebook and listened to the audiobook, so I will highlight and annotate better the passages I liked when my physical copy arrives on Monday. I'll of course reread it! Lol! And the Mor revelation? Didn't see it coming: but explains soooo much!!!! I hope she will get along with that cursed six queen in the future. I hope Az finds someone worth of him. Amren fantastic as always! Elaine impressive and surprising everyone in the end. I hope she really gives Lucien a chance. Rhys almost made my heart stop! Afffff! He and his selfless ways! They really deserve each other. And the Archeron dad? Great surprise. So many, so many things... My thoughts are scattered yet. Lol!!! I have to think more about it...

Ya había leído este libro y la trilogía completa con anterioridad y honestamente es de mis favoritos porque me gusta mucho el mundo y los personajes de la historia, si eres alguien a quien le interese la fantasía, éste es un buen libro para ti. Quería tenerlo con la nueva portada y me encanta, la portada es una belleza.
