Pump needs a lock for travelling, but I like the smell
Came slightly leaked, I expected the pump to have a cap or lock but it didn't. There was no real product loss just smudges on the cardboard, and it didn't look like anyone tried to use it. So I'm pretty happy. Haven't tried it enough to comment on its effectiveness. Smells nice though :)

I purchased this shampoo for controlling gray hair, it has met my expectations.

No longer a good product
The product arrived early but they did not ship it well & it leaked out of the bottle. Their conditioner did the same thing. I am returning this product because they changed the ingredients & now my hair does not like this product, which is saddening because I've used this product now for a few yrs because it was in my opinion one if the best clean product out there that I found that my hair loved but they had to go & ruin a good thing. This comment goes for their shampoo & conditioner.
