One of the reasons I ordered it is because I prefer medicinal plants in tea or infusion form rather than pills. Also, I struggled to lose fat in my belly area, and some research online suggested this herb may help. So I started drinking one cup a day with a small amount of sweetener and after just a few days I actually see results! Yes, the bag it is packed in is in Kanji so I can't read it but I think the description provided with the Amazon listing is adequate. As of right now, I would say even though the taste is not the most pleasant, I would buy this tea again for helping me trim my waist.
