Works but finicky
It works fine but if you move the laptop at all, it resets or the connection gets lost momentarily. It comes back but it’s a little finicky. It works fine if you’re not moving your equipment around.

No Problems
It been a couple months since I got this. Never had any problems. Using it with a 75Hz, Full HD monitor from HP.

Works perfectly!
I was using a work computer with no onboard graphics, leaving mini display port as my only option. Plugged this in, and it worked perfectly, allowing me to finally use dual monitors. It feels solid, and I haven't had any issues with flickering or losing connection, even while accidentally kicking cords around under my desk. So far, so good. I will update if anything changes.

Great adapter
I use this adapter in a Thinkpad T430 to connect to a monitor with display port. To make it fit I had to break off the dell-specific tab but that's no problem and I would buy one of these again. Would recommend.

DisplayPort adapter works perfect
I inherited a 2011 MacBook Pro that has a Thunderbolt 2 (mini-DisplayPort). I wanted to use an external monitor with that device but the standard DP cable did not fit the port. This adapter just plugged into the Mac, and then the cable into it and whoosh!! There was my extended screen working perfectly. Changing it to the main or extended screen options worked great and supported the highest resolution. All expectations met.

Fire
Snap the clip and it's a budget adaptor. Runs 1080:2560 100hz(highest I have run it). I originally got a display port to mini cable but they are low quality but this has been running great no red flags so far
