Handy pan for roasting food

I only noticed this was an 8x4 pan (not a "standard" 8.5x4.5 pan) after I checked out my order, but honestly I prefer this size more. Tried baking loaf/quickbread recipes from Claire Saffitz's Dessert Person with this little guy and her recipes are made for 8.5x4.5 pans. In this pan, the loaves end up a bit taller because of the smaller pan size, and you get a more impressive dome on top.Smaller pan does mean it'll cook a bit quicker though (e.g. Almond Butter Banana Bread was pegged for 60-70 mins at 350F, but mine was done after 45 mins only), so something to watch out for. This also means less surface area on the top for decorative elements. Non-stick coating seems pretty tough (so far!), and pan is easy to clean. Mine did arrive with a minor dent in the handle (hence -1 star), but nothing that affected the overall baking quality of this little kitchen helper.

This muffin tin is not of high quality; first hand wash (supposed to be dishwasher safe) it rusted horribly. It was cheap enough that I won't return it and will repurpose it for starting seed. Pay more for a better brand...very disappointing 😞

I love these little pans. I hope to order more in the future. They are perfect for baking individual loaves of bread and have a non-stick coating.I have wanted mini pans for some time but they are always more than I want to spend - at $2 each, these are a great investment. I hope to use these for little deserts for two for when my kids are sleeping.These seem to be strong and have a what I think is a good coating on them.

El producto cumple con lo prometido.Los materiales del molde parecen ser resistentes. Hice en él un panque de plátano y quedo excelente, no se le adhirió al panque ningún olor o material propio del molde. En relación calidad precio me parece bien en general, aunque creo hay moldes más grandes por precios más bajos en el súper, sin embargo es una gran opción para comprar sin salir de casa.
