Ice Blocks 200ml x 6 – Coolant that Simply Stays Frozen for Longer – 12+ Hrs Chilled - BEVERAGES done RIGHT

I bought these to put in my dog's water bowl during the hot weather, as we were going through a lot of ice cubes! They froze quickly, in around six hours and are small enough that they fit in the bowl but not so tiny like some others I've seen. Great value.

I bought two packs of this product, one for myself and one for a relative. At 200ml, they are a little smaller than the ice blocks I've used in the past and, I have to say, I find this smaller size to be more useful. They don't take up much room in a bag and that makes it easier to add a second or even a third. They are reasonably lightweight, which is essential when you consider these blocks will often be used inside bags carrying food. The instructions state to lay them flat in a freezer for 24 hours when first received. After that, they can be used and can maintain their cooling for up to 12 hours (naturally this will depend upon the ambient temperature but the seller does point out that even as the frozen element diminishes, they should still retain a cool, fridge-like temperature). Once used, they need to go back into a freezer, laid flat, but now only need 12 hours before they are ready for use. This is excellent value for a pack of 6 and likely means there will always be some in the freezer for use as others are returned to be re-frozen. As well as the usual use inside lunch boxes and picnic bags, these are also ideal for carrying when shopping for frozen food (especially in hot weather), and I've even used them layered inside frozen food I've removed from the freezer when defrosting. All in all, this is a product that deserves a place in all kitchens.

Great little product

I used 3-4 blocks to keep some drinks in cool in a insulated bag, and it kept cool within 4 hours when the outside temperature was 27-30 degrees. The size is small and easy to store in some small bag. And it can be used to place cheeks and use it as a cooling compress to lower the temperature.

I bought these to go with my air cooler and they work a treat

A few of these leaked within a short space of time.

Exactly what I expected

Je les ai depuis presque 2 ans et il n'y a rien à redire. Ils sont toujours comme au premier jour et restent froid pendant des heures.
