When I sought warranty instead of refund/return, I realized that Ziva was a phantom company with no real presence, website, customer service or warranty, which is rare for an Amazon vendor. Amazon acknowledged that the situation resembles a sketchy scam and refunded me anyway. I like the product, I want to use it, i think the detachable buds are a great concept and the sound was good too.
