Very Nice.
Great meditation cushion! I love that it has 2 covers and the hulls are encased in another zippered bag so they don’t explode everywhere when you’re changing out the covers. The foam cushion inside is also nice (and removable if it’s not your thing) although I wish it were a memory foam instead of a cheap foam that will likely not last long. The design on the velvet cover is high quality and embroidered and the design on the cotton cover is printed and won’t bother you when using. Very comfortable and thick, you can remove hulls and adjust to your liking. Great value and I’m sure it’ll get plenty of use over the years!

Great cushion with great quality and design
It's a very comfortable cushion and has a nice soft cover. The grey is very nice with a soft texture, the white is creamish or off white and a rougher texture like a bag but still nice. I use it every morning and night. I've had it for about 3 months now and it still feels the same and supportive. It has just the right amount of give, a sturdy support.

Very comfortable. A nice zafu
The zafu is a comfortable seat for meditation. I use it just on carpet and sit crossed legged. Facing a wall. It’s filled with a natural buckwheat husk and has a nice foam topper to evenly distributed your wieght. It moulds to your shape nicely whilst holding firmness. And isn’t uncomfortable. I have now used it for several half hour plus meditations and it’s much more comfortable than using stacked pillows as I have been using. It comes with a very nice velvety exterior with an embroidered mandella and a nice cotton protective cover in which I keep it. The material looks professional and good. And it’s a comfortable seat to use. It does feel a little high for me. But you can easy just remove some of the filling. But I’m used to it. It’s comfortable and serves purpose. I like to sit facing a wall. And then look through it. Like I’m inside a huge room that goes on forever. And whilst I am there the only thing to focus on is myself. And so I can feel myself present in these moments. Grounding myself every time my mind drifts away. With what I can feel; my entire skin and body sat in the meditation position. Or what I can hear. And if I must I open my eyes so I may see that wall before me. And remember that the time has passed before me and I arive back into the presence. With the wall before me. And understanding of presence. Yes a very good seat for meditation. I recommend it. It’s a fair price. £40. Or so. But if you use it most the time you’ll want something that is compfortable. I will say however long periods of meditation can make Your legs sore or go numb. Before my issue was in my knees. And I sat slightly lower. Using cushions. Either on my bed or on the floor. This one I mainly use on the floor. And it’s a better hight and doesn’t sink. But I don’t think we were designed to sit for long periods of Time like this. I find myself standing up and then coming back to the meditation. The support is very good. It will sort of mold to your buttocks shape when you sit on it and stay that way. I sit on the front half of it and have my legs on top of each other. My left calf inside the arch of my right foot and my left foot resting on top of the right calf. Then I focus somewhat on keeping my back straight and my hips supporting my spine never to slouch. Or you’ll get tired or relaxed and lose focus. And keeping my palms open. Not close like flowers that aren’t in bloom. Each palm a reflection of my inner self and my outer self. Using each hand to know where I have drifted to. I may rest these upon my thighs just above my knees. Or hold both of them infront of me. Or hold them inside. Never touching. Not holding my fingers in “mudras”. It is all within presence and this cannot be cheated. ( there is a science between fingers and what they mean so I understand what a mudra potentially is, but our energy flows outwards not inwards. To cheat this is a similar technique to smiling until I feel happy. Which can be useful as you begin meditation) And you stay grounded in the presence and understand from there. Just try and hold presence and see it drift away. And then ask why and try to grasp it again. Then more and more is revealed. Like the mindfulness and understanding of how the mains feels much more mature and focused now I understand this clarity of presence. And I see in others around me the negativity of these distractions. For example. Any time you see someone angry. They have pulled up the past to show you this anger. And they are doing the equivalent of relighting a fire that once hurt them to show you. So in essence if I show my anger I have hurt myself. And if I feel my frustration I have already tamed something. And in taming my frustrations over and over again I have tempered myself to a point where I notice them arise and then simply float or dissolve into my presence of peace. the cover is also washable. And not designed to be kept on unwashed until disposed of. Should the cover to my cushion become dirty I will clean it with the recommended settings for cotton. You could use it outdoors also. But I’d recommend being a plastic bag and putting it underneath you so any moisture or dirt doesn’t work its way back up. I wish you all peaceful meditation. Also in response to the quote of namaste on the lovely pack again inside. Whilst I do bow to you in recognition. I bow to you in your unique essence. In that we are both individuals fruited from the same tree. But not one and eachother. But separate. For my meditation under the tree of life by the river of time has taught me. Not one fruit from this tree or any tree I’ve ever seen has decided it wants to go back into the tree in which it was fruited. The fruit is there to one day grow into its own tree. There is no going backwards. We move forward with time. Not back into the womb. So namaste my brother or my sister. I recommend this zafu for meditation
