which seller has a vintage head he man and skeletor?

These are sold by Amazon at least when I bought them. This is for the vintage style He-Man

Looking at the reviews im worried, i want to purchase but only if it is the vintage head not the origins one

The item that arrived was the Origins Head Figure w/ half sword / it did not have the vintage style head or the full sword

How do i make sure i get the one with the vintage style head? i see mixed reviews. some getting that some not getting that. what's up?

All you can do is trust what is shown in the picture... then also look for this line in the product description: • 5.5-inch-tall He-Man action figure features a vintage-style head and power sword! I guess if it arrives and its wrong then you can return it and give a bad rating.

Is this the real figure?

Real figure? Yes, it's a real Origins figure. This is the updated version with the true to vintage head and full power sword.
