I'm an elementary music teacher and my PTA was kind enough to purchase these for my school. I have 30 of them and they are pretty good ukuleles for the price. The bag is a pretty sturdy bag and fits the ukuleles very well. I haven't used the neck strap that it came with so can't comment on that. The tuner is pretty junky, but to be honest I would have still purchased the ukulele without it. As others have commented the uke doesn't stay super in tune after a day, but that is fairly normal for any string instrument. Especially for new strings. Once they get broken in this will get a little better, but quickly tuning a string instrument every time before you play it is pretty common. If you're looking for a intermediate/professional ukulele keep looking (and be prepared to bust out a lot more money), but if you are looking for a beginner instrument that is sturdy and affordable... this is it!

My daughter loves this ukulele and plays it all the time since she got it for Christmas! It came exactly as described and is good quality. The color is exactly what was pictures and exactly what she wanted. The case is very nice and better than a lot of the other ones I've seen. Also included were a strap, a tuner and two picks. She has never played the ukulele before but is picking it up very quickly. She says it is easy to tune and uses an app on her phone to tune it instead of the tuner that came with it because she's not sure how that one works. She feels it holds the tune pretty well. I've included photos to give an idea of color and size. I am very happy with this purchase.

This was given as a gift to my brother who wanted to learn to play. I am not an expert (at all) but the unit looked well made and sounded great. He played for two hours straight after he got it.My only CON is that it did not come with the picks or tuner. When I contacted Amazon they offered a 5% refund (which I'm sure is less money than a tuner and picks) which I had to accept because my brother immediately opened and started playing it....

Purchased for my 8 y.o. son, this is a great starter instrument. The thing I've found with low end instruments is they can have trouble staying in tune. Not the case here, minor tuning adjustments as usual, but generally good quality craftsmanship. He loves the black color and case (fits his personality!). This is a great way to introduce your child to stringed instruments, as the tension and size is perfect for smaller hands. I anticipate migrating to guitar in a few years will be natural and easy. Great value package.

The tuner is very confusing so i went on my phone to the app store and got the app "Tunefor Ukulele" it works so well. 5 stars because it makes amazing sound and it is very cheap but still great quality.

It was great while it lasted. The strap tore within a few weeks. Only after 8 months, the headstock completely broke off along the grain. We just kept it in the carrying case. Thankfully, we bought Asurion insurance when we got it. Hopefully, the new one that we're replacing will be better.

I've purchased a total of 3 of these ukuleles since Christmas time for family memberswho must like them quite a bit because they haven't put them down for very long.Also, for the economical price..might add these ukuleles not only play extremely wellBut they are also extremely close to being built like a very nice travel ukulele.

Excellent quality ukulele. Would definitely recommend. Has a nice, clean look, and very nice sound. I also like the case because it is firm and holds it shapes, compared to those cheap, drooping "bag-like" cases.
