Description

The original set are made of polymer clay by Millefiori techniques. The item is entirely handmade. It is made on the basis of the layering slices from the Millefiori canes. The Millefiori term is a combination of the Italian words "mille" (thousand) and "fiori" (flowers). The Polymer clay is relatively a new material. It is sold in blocks with a soft consistency similar to play-dough, but once cured, the clay hardens. The pendant itself is held on a waxed cotton cord.
