These bands are an excellent rehab tool.

If you want to continue to do your PT exercises at home and think you're going to be at the same strength level for awhile, I might be worth it to just buy this box of the bands! I believe this is the exact brand my PT was using. Just cut it the length you need, make your own handles and you're ready to go!
