Good pan, but I would say read a bit how to use it properly before your first menu! There are plenty of YouTube videos, and that will help you to keep it in good condition and clean. As well, make sure you don't over heat the stove, so it maintains its flat shape and doesn't bulge underneath. Overall, very good product.

This is an excellent fry pan. Does not burn on the side like other pans and clean very easy. I am ordering the same brand different sizes. Worth every penny.

Don't buy this if you intend to compare the non stick feature to a teflon pan... You NEED to buy this if you know what your doing. The heat propagation is very good and uniform. The pan itself seems indestructible. Will probably last 2 or 3 lifetime.

I am happy with this skillet. It preheats quickly to the rolling water droplets stage on medium heat, its handle stays cool even if the pan itself is scorching hot and stays cool for at least half an hour during high heat cooking. And with a minimal amount of fat, like 1/4 of tsp of oil or butter, it fries an egg without sticking. It is lightweight enough for comfortable handling during cooking and washing it even though it is a five-ply all clad item. Five stars well earned!
