Threads fit is correct. Not undersized like most.
I read many of the reviews of 1” NPT adapters to see if the threads were cut correctly. A lot of adapters have over cut threads or the taper is flat which means the adapter threads bottom out when threaded into a mating adapter. I have bought a few of those and returned them. The proper make up (fit) of a NPT thread is 2-1/2 turns. When screwing in the adapter after the first thread catches, the threads will tightened to finger tight after 2-1/2 turns. This is true for all NPT sizes. Many of the reviews for these 1 inch adapters said the thread fit was good. I am happy to report that these were 2-1/2 turns to finger tight. Note that the female threads have to be correct as well. The thread crests are a bit sharp but not torn or deformed. Most threads are NPTF or NPT FINE which means the thread crest and the mating thread root have an interference fit. This makes sealing against leaks better. I only say this because if the thread crests are flat (truncated), it will be difficult to get the connection to seal against leaks. You will have to use a lot of teflon tape. These adapter fit together nicely. I would buy again.

Made in china brass, worked good for what i was doing Definitely not designed for high pressure more like water hose brass than anything, im using them for diesel fuel line

Just as advertised !
I added this a filter between the wall & my wash machine, these work perfectly ! My wash machine kept getting clogged and we would have to pull it out & clean the filter every few months. We installed this filter system & it has been almost a year and we are still on the first filter & our wash machine is running great !

It works!
Not a whole lot to say... The adapter works with my outdoor RV shower. I'm extending my RV hose beyond it's current length, so I need a connector for two hoses.

Good Quality and value
Almost didn't buy based on a few negative reviews but ordered 1 set then another after I received and checked the first set. Nice threads and fit perfectly plus a wrench flat in middle to aid in tightening or removing them.

Improper threads
The threaded part is inaccurate and stops soon after it is turned into the female part. It needs a lot of force to turn and leaks. I bought the stainless steel ones from Amazon and will return this one.
