Dulux Easycare Kitchen Matt Emulsion Paint For Walls And Ceilings - Almond White 2.5 Litres

Our kitchen walls were a mess as the property had not been redecorated in a long time. The first coat took some time as our walls were not in great shape and I dabbed the paint brushes in some water to help me get an even finish. The first coated dried and I was impressed at the finish and how much damage it had managed to cover. The second coat went on easily and smoothly and it was a quick process painting the second coat, once again it dried to a great finish. The third coat was even speedier to apply. The end result transformed our kitchen from a complete mess to a light, bright and airy kitchen. It's a gorgeous soft shade of white (in certain light it has grey undertones) which goes well with our wooden kitchen units and dark grey stone floor. Very impressed with the product.

Great Paint Tester.

Great quality paint. In the winter, we find that our walls get very cold and mouldy in the corners. So I decided to go ahead and get some paint that had mould protection built in. I am very pleased that I went ahead with this purchase. After sanding down the walls, this paint applied very nicely. I applied 2 coats in total and it was enough to give it a nice deep coloured look with no faded areas. So I knew a third coat was not necessary. With some cheaper paints, I find I have to sometimes to up to four coats before the wall is perfect, which takes ages out of my time! Since I applied the paint at the start of winter, we have found the wall is still in perfect condition now going into Spring, so this paint has successfully warded off the elements. So it did exactly what it says on the tin!

Have used the easycare paint in various rooms in the house, and can honestly say its the best paint we have ever used. Goes on easily and dries quickly, my husband managed to pain the kitchen with 2 coats within 3 hours. Can definitely recommend, yes it maybe more expensive than some other brands but it is worth every penny.
