Great little buckle
I used this for a belt for a tree saddle for hunting. Not a load bearing area of the build.Having said that, this is a substantial buckle for 1".It threads easily onto 1" webbing, it glides easily to adjust, is easy to disconnect and connect, and finally- it does all that with a minimum of noise involved.It IS metal, so if it hits something else that's metal, it's going to make noise- duh...

Quick and easy
These buckles I have found through trail and error, work best with cotton webbing. With cotton webbing, buckle holds tight. I first used nylon webbing and it just slid off like the buckle is covered in oil.

Very nicely made compact buckle
I used this to attach some 1" webbing in a limited space - worked perfectly and has a nice feel to it and a smooth action. Holds the webbing very well.

Sturdy and Unique!
This buckle is a beast and I love it. I bought it because I had a plastic buckle on my bag that broke when it got caught in the car door and I wanted to replace it with something sturdy. This buckle has been going strong for almost 2 years!
