Lg urbane is an excellent smart watch but suddenly would not charge. How to contact seller to rectify issue really love my watch

Simple and easy to use
Even though this watch is a bit old, it still rocks android wear 2.0. Unlike the moto 360. The outer metal in a way protects the screen. I love this watch so thats why i had to get another one after i took a swim with the one i had before.

GREAT WATCH. AW 2.0 IS HORRIBLE.
THIS WATCH IS GREAT. I really liked the watch. The watch looked good. It operated smoothly. It looked a little flat on my wrist, but I was okay with that given the price. What I did not like was Android Wear 2.0. My issue with AW 2.0 was that in order to use voice commands you had to set up Google Assistant which means that you had to agree to allow Google to track your location and search history. I will not allow some faceless company to track what I do and what I search for. It was not needed before the new Google Assistant and it is not needed now. And without voice commands the UI was cumbersome and quite a few of the apps that I like to use did not have keyboards, so those were useless. I am disappointed because I did like the watch, it just has poor software.

Smartwatch that looks classic
I really like this watch. It's like a classic watch but a smart watch. I don't like smart watches that look too futuristic and that's why it took me a long time to make the decision to get a smart watch. But then my husband showed me this watch and I liked it right away. It looks really nice on my wrist. I'm really happy I purchased it.
