Great for kids to learn sounds of animals
Bought this for my daughter to be able to play with and learn animal noises. She loves to sit and play with it and hear all the noises come out.

Disappointed in quality. Light weight.
A little light weight. Hard for my grandbaby to pull down the arm. Not impressed with the quality.

Disappointed and Burned Out
I purchased this toy expecting to relive some of the nostalgic memories from my childhood to pass down to my child. Unfortunately, my experience with the Fisher-Price Little People Toddler Learning Toy was a huge letdown, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.First and foremost, the battery in this toy burned out after only a month of minimal usage. This is completely unacceptable for a Fisher Price /Mattel product that's supposed to provide enjoyment and entertainment. It's frustrating to have to replace the battery so soon, and it raises serious concerns about the quality and durability of this toy. Even after replacing the battery the coils seemed to be damaged and quickly cease operation. Moreover, the animal sounds this toy is supposed to produce are far from accurate. Instead of the realistic and engaging sounds I was hoping for, I was greeted with a cacophony of low-quality, distorted noises that hardly resembled the animals they were meant to imitate. To make matters worse, these feeble sounds are completely drowned out by the obnoxious and overpowering spinning sound of the arrow. It's impossible to enjoy the supposed "animal" sounds when they are virtually inaudible over the mechanical noise.I can't help but compare this disappointing toy to the one I had as a child back in 1996. That older toy provided hours of fun and featured realistic sounds that actually captured the imagination. This new version falls far short in terms of quality, durability, and playability. In conclusion, the Fisher-Price Little People Toddler Learning Toy is a subpar product that fails to live up to its promises. The battery issue and inaccurate animal sounds, coupled with the annoyingly loud spinning sound of the arrow, make it a poor choice for anyone seeking a nostalgic trip down memory lane or a quality toy for a child. Save your money and look for a better alternative.

No batteries
Batteries that came with it did not work, had to buy new ones and have to pull down hard on the toy for it to be used (too hard for a toddler)

Love this
This is a little smaller than the one my siblings and I had but it works the same. The handle is tough for a toddler but with help they can use it and learn animals. Great toy.

Great toddler gift
This is a Christmas gift for a 2 year old. I like the pull handle on this one. I had one of these as a child and I loved it. Back then, it worked by pulling a string. I like the handle much better. The toy seems to be well made and I think it will last for quite a while.
