So far it’s working fine my son and I installed it. It wasn’t that difficult. If you know basic plumbing, we tested it. worked fine. It does what it’s supposed to.

TLDR: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 This leak detection product offers peace of mind for my relocated washer and dryer on the second floor, functioning exactly as intended. I recently moved my washer and dryer to the second floor of my house, which naturally raised concerns about potential leaks. To address this, I chose this leak detection product, and I must say, it's been a great decision. I've tested it, and it performs flawlessly, living up to its promises. I strategically placed sensors in my washing machine pan and near the hot water heater for maximum coverage. While I hope I never have to rely on it to stop a real leak, it's comforting to know that it's there and will automatically shut off the water supply if needed. This product has significantly alleviated my worries about water damage from leaks, especially with the appliances being on the second floor.

I’m a professional hvac company and this valve met my expectations setting up automation for water leaks and preventing flooding for our customers. Will purchase again. I do recommend.

Good product

I moved my washer and dryer to the second floor of my home, I always worried about a leak. This product works great. I tested it and it does exactly what it is supposed to. I placed sensors in my washing machine pan and near my hot water heater. I hope it never has to stop a leak, but I feel much more comfortable knowing if a leak would occur this product will shut the water supply off.

This product is exactly what the doctor ordered. I am tired of mopping and cleaning the basement of water and want to have peace of mind that my basement will not flood and get damaged. Unfortunately, my unit ended up being faulty within a few months. Although it probably still would have worked for water detection, my unit was closing the valve to the main water line from either false alarms or just on its' own without alarms. I contacted ISpring Water Systems support and Sean was super helpful and sent me a replacement unit. I hope this time it will do the trick.

Great unit counts gallons very well

Bought 2 units just over a year ago. One controller unit failed in month 13. Valve got stuck in closed position. No way to manually override valve without taking it apart or removing it. Emailed 123filter support - no reply after almost a week. Called the number on the unit - no longer working. Found alternate number - goes to voice mail and no reply after 2 days! Company simply resells product from China with apparently no intent to support it.
