My son wears size 8 pants. What size do I get him?

My grandson was 6 years old and wore a size 6 in pants, I bought him a S-5-7 and and the pants fit him fine with room to grow into.

Why does the photo say small is 5-7 and the description says small is 4-6?

Not sure about description but for sizing i would say sizing for small would be anywhere from a 4 to a 7. My child wears a 5 and 6 and it fit perfectly , but even for a smaller size like 4 or larger size like a 7 it would still fit. The shirt is velcro to hold it together and the waist in band is stretchy which allows for variation in sizes as most costume sizes will allow

I think they have; size 3t to 4t
