Excellent product

I thought I wanted a Chinese cleaver, but this is what made me happy instead. I don’t like big knives, they scare me (🥶), but this o e is so light and sharp, that I have no problem using it. I cut veggies mostly and love it for wide leaves or cabbage or anything like that, where a longer blade would prove useful. I love the balance it provides; holding it is not just easy, but so comfy too! The blade is very sharp and I can cut my greens easily and precisely (I like them thinly cut).

I always wanted a nakiri knife, but most were too expensive. This knife, for $18, is a perfect introduction. Lightweight and easy to maneuver, it's a joy to use and comes very sharp out of the well-made box. One day I'll treat myself to a higher quality nakiri, but for now this fills the bill.

Love this knife! Came out of the box super sharp, haven’t had to use my whetstones on it. I have a collection of Kai chefs knives and this fits right in. Excellent value for money, solid build quality and comfy handle. Can’t fault it!
