I bought four of these. Two of them stop working after a couple of hours if hung vertically on the wall. They start working again if laying horizontally on a flat surface but that is not the purpose of a wall clock. One of the clocks had the glass break while hanging on the wall. Out of four I have one that actually does what a wall clock is supposed to do... to much hassle to return.

This clock performs exactly as expected. It is silent, smooth, readable, and easy to hang. Being made by Sharp, I expect it to be durable as well! Runs on battery.

I have this one in my washroom . It's a beautiful clock with a thick chrome side trim. easy to read and the numbers not being crooked as I seen with others clocks . Like I said you won't go wrong with this. I'll be buying another one for the office
