A very good pull out made life easier

I got this to put chips and other snacks in so they can roll out of a cabinet. It does not have rollers, just a track that the rod slides in but for this purpose, it works fine. If you had something heavy in it, it might be a problem. It is a little crooked, Rocks a bit diagonally. I am happy for the price.

O.K. So it is ClosetMaid and not Rev A Shelf, but it really helps make those deep pot and pan cupboards more user friendly. I'm sprucing up a manufactured home to sell and It has made a huge difference to install these, one each on upper and lower shelves of base cabinet. No more getting down on my knees to get something from the back of the cupboard. It is easy to install them, however the cabinetry in a mobile home usually lacks high quality (meaning thick pressboard shelving that I primed and painted). Knowing that using these pull out drawers over time would probably cause the shelving to disintegrate, I used screws with locking washers on the top shelf and small bat wing molly bolts on the bottom shelf. These are very solid and I'm storing all my heavy pots, pans and lids in them.....not a wiggle when extending them all the way out. I would totally buy these again and am glad they are being offered for ones like me who can't, or don't want to, spend a lot of money on each small project I have. What a great find!

Update: 3 years later and this is holding up great. It still sided with no issues and has never bent from the weight of the cans. I have added more to my pantry in other shelves and couldn’t be happier! I have been wanting pullout for my kitchen since we renovated last year, but they are so expensive. I decided that I would start buying 1 at a time as my budget allows, planning for a minimum of $50 each time. And I came across this and decided to try it out for $25. So far I am happy. What it doesn't have is ball bearings instead it slides on the track with no lube. I wasn't sure it would handle the weight of my canned goods but it slides fine. I did lose about 7 cans of space, but 3 from the back were out of date anyway so I figure being able to get to what is in the back will make up for the lost space. So now to see how well it holds up.
