Which mode is for high-pitched sounds?

I can't say. They didn't work well for me. This brand appears to amplify sounds but my hearing lass is more related to clarity. Making the sound louder doesn't help me. I can hear sounds and even voices from the next room. With my type hearing loss I have trouble hearing the person's conversation standing in front of me. Other noises in the room makes it even more difficult to hear or follow conversations. Even if that conversation is taking place only a few inches from me.

Is there a way to change out the pieces that go over the ears to make them fit smaller ears?

I contacted the seller with a similar question except we needed longer tubing. Unfortunately, this is not an option.

I don’t like them at all they do have way to much screeching it’s very annoying and uncomfortable .. I tried 3 times to use them and I don’t like them at all.
