Good cooking range but no customer service
Cooking range is very good, it stopped working after 3 weeks but it was because the electrician did not use the appropriate plug in the wall. Make sure to get a good installation service to avoid this. Otherwise, there is no customer service available. Only siemens website is there and it doesn't help with anything. No phone number no nothing! such a shame that such a reputable brand have this poor customer service.

Amazing cooker, so happy with it. The only thing that would make it 100% perfect will be a timer.

5 wire cable
Please note that the appliance is 5 wire cable. So you will need to buy special plug male and female..its not mentioned in the description

Installers didn't know how to install
Installation service is so bad and the wire comes with no plug and the installing company left it like this telling me that they don't have the head.. so why did they come!!

My own experience
Perfect technology but extremely weak hardware in terms of quality and durability. Oven tray design had a mis-match with manual to control juices. Manufactured in Turkey that was not mentioned in description.
