Great Budget Paint for Craft Projects!!
I bought this Paint in White for my daughter since she ran out of white paint again, and it worked perfectly for her crafts. It’s definitely on the cheaper side, but honestly, it does the job really well for small projects and touch-ups. The color goes on nicely and smoothly, dries quickly, and has that soft chalk finish that looks great on wood, cardboard, or canvas. It’s a smaller bottle, so it won’t last forever, but for the price, it’s totally worth it —especially for kids or casual crafters. My daughter was happy to have her white paint back, and her projects came out beautifully. A simple, affordable, and reliable paint!

Folk Art Chalk Paint
This chalk paint is good. It covers well. I use it in mixed media. I probably wouldn’t use it on furniture.

Durable, great quality
Great coverage by itself or mix with water. I use it especially on wood trees for layered mountain scenes made with my laser or scroll saw. It's fairly thick so one coat is usually fine. If you mix it with water, the wood grain really shows up nicely.

Folk Art Chalk paint is top notch!
Folk Art paints are nearly the only paint I use. Home Decor is good paint, however, sometimes I have gotten bottles that are rather thick. I just add a few drops of mineral spirits until the consistency is smooth. Then the psit goes on smooth. Very easy to use.

Great Chalk Paint
I have used this Folk Art chalk paint many times. I especially like this color “ Sheepskin.” This paint goes on smoothly and is always consistent in its coloring. This particular shade is perfect for so many decor styles. I love French Country, boho, and antique looks. This just beautiful and so easy to distress. If you want a chalk paint you can count on for consistency- this is it! Above is a shelf I did that was a deep mahogany. One coat!
