I bought it in Nov 2022, it stopped working in Sep 2025. Loved the product, sadly not coming back in stock anymore. I never used Dettol refills, only other handwash brands, but it still worked perfectly until now. I liked how it could stay always on, so you didn’t have to touch it every time to wash your hands unlike other brands.

Superb product with top-notch quality. So far, I haven't had to replace the batteries on this product since I bought it four months ago. The only thing I'm concerned about is the refill, because for us, the handwash runs out frequently and we need to keep buying it. Because the refill is too expensive, I made this change to one of the containers. If you want to fill it up and use it again, this might be helpful. Thanks, guys

Bought it in July 22 and it stopped working September 24. Probably the best in class soap dispenser. It stopped working in September 24 , may be because of my own fault. I don't blame the product. Battery life was excellent, soap refilling at the beginning was a bit tricky but i learned with time. Though I dint used or bought any other soap dispenser before buying this dettol dispenser I can tell for sure this is a great product.

The product is good I admit but of what use is it when the refill is not available?? This happens from time to time, like just now, there's no mention of the refill which obviously means it's not available. So the very purpose of having such a product, no matter how good, is useless.

I bought 2 of this. 1 stopped working almost a year ago and the 2nd one stopped working now. This is no more available to buy. Any alternative recommendations please
