Sustained energy throughout the day
These vitamins are great for sustained all day energy. It doesn’t give me a boost like caffeine but it has helped me to stay awake and active on most days. The only exceptions have been days with strenuous physical activity - you will still get tired. I love that I no longer have mid-afternoon slumps. It feels way healthier than caffeine.

its not that i don't like the product but i bought in the soft pouch and i was sent to plastic containers very disappointed and I can't return them . I was using it for travel and this doesn't work for me

For so much sugar they taste awful
These are not even a little tasty. I can't force myself a second dose after the first one gave me no added energy, and just put sweaters on my teeth from all the sugar.

These gummies just seem to boost me through the day. No jitters - just feel awake and alert. This is my 3rd bottle and my husband is now taking them. Of course, they are pricey. But I will continue them as long as I can in these times.
