Review: Pre-Heat to create a non-stick surface. - Absolutely love this cookware and it looks fabulous. Critical to pre-heat the pots/pans to create a non-stick surface however. Overall, I wish they had other roaster options and casserole options in this model. Fits our kitchen design perfectly.
Review: Beautiful to look at and cook in - Not sure if the people complaining about the discolouration understand how copper cookware works, but that’s totally normal. Even on low heat (which is really all that’s necessary to cook in these) your pots will turn more oramgish than the rose gold of polished copper. If this tarnishing bothers you you can occasionally use a copper cleaner like Wright’s copper cream to buff them. These cook beautifully and are a nicer smaller size; suitable for small families. I especially love the pasta insert for easy draining. Would definitely recommend these to people who know what they’re doing in a kitchen
