Martellata Tri-ply Hammered Copper 11 PC Pots and Pans Cookware Set, Copper

Absolutely love this cookware and it looks fabulous. Critical to pre-heat the pots/pans to create a non-stick surface however. Overall, I wish they had other roaster options and casserole options in this model. Fits our kitchen design perfectly.

Not sure if the people complaining about the discolouration understand how copper cookware works, but that’s totally normal. Even on low heat (which is really all that’s necessary to cook in these) your pots will turn more oramgish than the rose gold of polished copper. If this tarnishing bothers you you can occasionally use a copper cleaner like Wright’s copper cream to buff them. These cook beautifully and are a nicer smaller size; suitable for small families. I especially love the pasta insert for easy draining. Would definitely recommend these to people who know what they’re doing in a kitchen

Love the way the look, and the way they cook.

We’ve been enjoying this copper cookware set for about a year now, and the quality is perfect! The key is proper care, we always use a special copper cleaning powder, and it still shines like new. If you’re already a copper lover, you probably know how to take care of it. And if you’re new to copper,I think Amazon will recommend some cleaning products to keep it looking perfect.

Bien, toutefois, le cuivre s’estompe.
