I did use rubber bands as some reviewer suggested. Making pawns took a while though and I put them in the freezer right away to speed up process. Then I microwaved the empty molds to warm them up, so that chocolate wouldn't start solidifying as soon as I'd pour it in, otherwise the finished chess pieces would come out incomplete. One of my paws came out looking like pacman. Also, stirring chocolate inside the molds with chopstick helped chocolate get into every crevice. It's especially important with rooks, because of the shape of their tops. Knights an bishops were the easiest to make. Even the king's crown came out in one piece. I would recommend this product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ King is misshapen *by C***B on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on November 12, 2017* I ordered this way ahead of a project and didn't check every piece when I received it. I love the set, despite the problem with one of the pieces. The king piece was poorly molded, leaving the top "cross" incomplete on one half of that mold. I was able to finagle a solution and can do the same in the future. I never contacted the seller, too minor and was past my 30 days when I found the problem.
