If I store it between two Miles Davis albums, is that cool enough?

For a more "aggressive" cleaning effect, I keep mine in between a Tool and Rage Against The Machine album. ...puns intended.

After putting the dirty gel back in the jar, what happens after it's been stored in a cool place?

You can reuse the car cleaning gel until the color becomes darker and dirty, and then replace the car cleaning kits with a new one.

I lived in Texas the weather is hot. Is it ok to leave the jar it in the car in hot weather

I also live in Texas and car temperatures can reach 140 degrees. My daughter left a 96 pc crayon box on the back dash, it was a very colorful melted mess!
